Matamak is a membership restaurant that offers a wide selection of high-quality customizable food at insanely low prices.

As a Matamak member, you’ll enjoy the lowest possible price and valuable savings for high quality food, and the ability to customize your creations to your liking. You’ll also be able to eat as often as you’d like, any day of the week, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Matamak members can also recommend future menu items, merchandise designs, art wall designs, and packaging designs through our ongoing member contests.

We offer three different incredibly low memberships. The most common membership is the Single Membership for $25/month. There is also a Family membership for $55/month and a Business Membership for $100/month. You can see more details about each membership here.

We offer a 30-day free trial for new members. This will give you an opportunity to try out our food and service. At Matamak, we take great pride in the quality and savings we offer to our members. If for any reason you change your mind or are not satisfied, you can cancel your membership at any time (of course we will do our best to ensure this isn’t the case!). There are no long-term commitments required, and you can cancel anytime without any cancellation fees.

Yes, you can pause your membership in 30-day intervals for no longer than 60-days. If you’re looking to pause your membership due to school break for example, you can absolutely do so. Due to our merchant services, if the pause lasts longer than 60-days, your account will be deactivated. If you decide to resume after the 60-days, you can easily log back in to your account and re-enter your payment details.

The membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who signed up for it. A member cannot order for someone else. This ensures that our food is always enjoyed by our members, and it helps us maintain the high quality of our service.

As a Matamak member you can use your membership as often as you’d like, any day of the week, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Once you’ve signed up for the membership, you can create your meal by selecting the meal and ingredients you want and customize it to your liking or by simply choosing one of our suggestions. You can place your order in-store or online.

We offer a wide variety of menu items, including options for people with dietary restrictions. Simply let us know what your restrictions are, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
